A huge well done to Rob Playford (Ashford), Titch Hanspal (Sevenoaks) and Damon Garwood (Sevenoaks), who took part in the MO45 England side, competing in the Four Nations at Cork over the weekend.

England finished second to Ireland, and will give them a solid basis to build on, when the Euros take place later this month in Valencia.
